The HB-520PBF is China’s first fully integrated automatic machine that combines punching, binding, and wire forming.
Developed based on the HB-520PB model with an added automatic wire forming unit, it allows for better control of wire quality
and reduces wire costs by over 50%. It is the only desktop double loop wire machine in China that integrates five processes into one system.
The machine can handle notebooks with covers larger than the inner pages and bind them in one continuous process.
With over ten invention and utility model patents, it improves efficiency by more than 80% compared to traditional production,
making it ideal for producing desk calendars, wall calendars, 笔记本, sketchbooks, and manuals.

Main Functions:
1. Automatic book feeding, multi-stage punching, separate punching for cover and inner pages, hole alignment, automatic binding, and book collection.
2. Requires only 1–2 general operators.
3. High-quality punching die with automatic lubrication; maximum punching thickness 6mm. Each die is dual-sided with two hole sizes,
allowing four reuses—offering ten times the lifespan of conventional dies.
4. Quick mold change and pin removal in just one minute without removing screws.
5. Automatically recognizes books or calendars where the cover is larger than the inner pages and punches/binds accordingly.
6. Automatically adjusts imperfect wire coils for smoother binding.
7. Automatic wire forming function saves more than 50% in wire costs (reducing packaging, shipping, and supplier profit costs)
while improving wire quality and binding consistency.
8. Automatic malfunction detection and alarm system.
