Product composition：
It is used for stacking books before cutting by three-sided trimming machine. After books are gathered and piled up, it will then be converyed through the transmission belt. It is an automatic transition equipment that can be paired with a three-sided book-cutting machine to multi-cut and therefore improve efficiency.
Functions & features：
- This machine is an automated equipment suitable for stacking books, notebooks and other products. It can automatically stack the required number of books and push them out to be transported on a conveyor belt for cutting with the three-side cutting book machine.
● This machine has a two-layer storage.
● The conveyor belt and the mechanical arm will ensures neat and consistent stacking of books.
● The UI-interface and PLC system have been optimised to be user friendly so the new learners can pick up quickly. The survillence monitors can supervise the production line and report any faults, stopping the machine automatically and alerting the operator.
● It has memory function which can store different specifications and switch between different sizes smoothly by a single click.
