Description:
This latest fully automatic Sewing & Folding Machine is independently developed by HB. It features a unique dual‑end thread lock mechanism combined with standard sewing functionality. This design fully solves the common problem of thread loosening at both ends in traditional sewing machines.
It is ideal for producing exercise books, student notebooks, journals, account books, passports, manuals, hardcover books, and sewn binding books.
Working process: manual book feeding → automatic sewing and thread end locking → automatic thread cutting → automatic folding → automatic pressing → automatic delivery. The finished books have neat and smooth thread lines, with sewing holes hidden inside the pages.
This machine can replace saddle-stitching machines and is capable of binding thicker books without the need for a separate folding process. It features a high-automation PLC control system, using high-quality electrical components from well‑known domestic and international brands. The machine provides high capacity, fast speed, and stable sewing performance, making it an essential equipment for large-scale sewn-book production.
